One composite score, 0–100, built from four sub-scores. Every sub-score is free, for every reader, signed in or not. This is exactly what goes into the number — and what we don’t publish.
The composite is a single 0–100 score. SCOUTSWING maps it to six bands — SW-1 (top) down to SW-6 — so a squad can be scanned at a glance instead of read decimal by decimal. The tier is a compression of the composite, nothing more: the composite is the real number, the tier is the shorthand for it.
Per-90 production, ranked against players at the same position. The same stats you already read on a player's page — turned into a percentile, not a new metric.
A rank drawn from market-valuation signal — not a fee, not a transfer price. It's what lets a promising academy name and a proven starter sit on the same 0–100 scale without one absolute number swamping the other.
A modeled read of how a player's actions cluster into recognizable play patterns and style fit. The same detection that produces the decoded pattern flags in the deep read draws on this score.
A modeled read from Inganci's own signals — the sub-dimensions behind it (aerial, set-piece, buildup, carrying) unlock in full at the deep read.
We don’t publish the formula that blends the four sub-scores into one composite. The sub-scores themselves earn your trust — the weighting behind them is the one thing about the model we keep close.
What we do show, on every grade: the model version (e.g. v4.0-rebalanced) and, at the deep read, the coefficient set — a version pointer, so you can tell when the model itself changes, even without seeing the formula.
Elsewhere on SCOUTSWING you’ll see a small glyph — ◆ ◇ ◈ or ○ — next to a figure. That’s a different system: it rates how directly a single number is sourced and audited (source, method, how sure we are). The grade tier rates a player’s level. They answer different questions, on purpose — a high tier can sit on data we’re still tightening, and a fully audited figure can belong to a mid-tier player. Neither implies the other.
The composite and all four sub-scores are free for every reader, signed in or not. Sign in, still free, to keep it — shortlists, notes, trackers. The one thing behind Pro is the deep read: decoded pattern flags, coach-trust, press-resistance, and the proprietary sub-dimensions (aerial, set-piece, buildup, carrying).
